Rockstar Games has acquired Sydney-based games studio Video Games Deluxe, the Grand Theft Auto maker announced Monday. The newly acquired developer will be renamed Rockstar Australia as the Take-Two Interactive subsidiary expands its portfolio of studios around the world.
