Tesla Faces Investigation After Model Y Steering Wheels Fall Off While Driving

Tesla is facing a probe by US regulators after customers complained that the steering wheel on certain new Model Y vehicles can fall off while the cars are in use. The affected vehicles were delivered to owners without the retaining bolt that holds the steering wheel in place, according to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
