Mahindra in Talks to Raise Up to $1.3 Billion for EV Unit Expansion, Plans to Sell Shares: Report

Indian automaker Mahindra and Mahindra is in advanced talks with global investors to raise between $1 billion (roughly Rs. 8,264 crores) and 1.3 billion (roughly Rs. 10,744 crores) to accelerate the expansion of its electric vehicle unit, Mint reported on Wednesday.
