Nvidia Says It Has ‘Not Been Subpoenaed’ by the US Department of Justice in Probe

Nvidia has said that the US DOJ is sending out subpoenas as part of an antitrust probe — but the company has not yet been subpoenaed. The DoJ has sent such a request seeking information about Nvidia’s acquisition of RunAI and aspects of its chip business, a person with direct knowledge of the matter has told the media.
